Rules

• The minimum purchase is $100 (1 square foot), and the maximum purchase is the value of the remaining open space on the bus.

• When you 'buy' a spot you will not 'own' any part of the homepage or this site, rather you are granted the right to submit an image and link which will then be published on the homepage in the respective spot you have paid for

• You cannot change the image or link once you have submitted them, so you must be confident in the image and link you want on the homepage because they will be displayed on the site for at least 5 years. The only exception being an event that is detrimental to or significantly alters your business, including, but not limited to, your site ceasing to exist, major structural changes to your site, or your site being involved in litigation.

• If your image and link are accepted and published on the homepage, you cannot get a refund

• The site and homepage will be online for at least 5 years (starting from the day it launched), so at least until 26th August 2014, but possibly even longer (that's the aim)

• No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and I decide what is appropriate for my site. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your spot

• If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link downtime

• You may remove your image and link from the homepage in the future for whatever reason, but you will not get a refund and the spot will become available to the public

• For best results, images must be at least 250X250 pixels in GIF or JPEG format and once uploaded, will automatically be resized to fit the spot you have purchased. After all spots are sold, you will provide us with a high-res copy of your image.

• If you would like to combine your spots, please first purchase your spots next to each other and then Contact Me.

• Images must NOT be animated (imagine how messy the homepage would look)

• Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://

• You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit

• Funds must be fully received and cleared before your image goes live on the homepage

• There might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but I'll try and keep these to a minimum

• Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared (eg. in my PayPal or bank account), your image or ad will automatically be uploaded along with your website details.

Buying Process: The buying process is as straightforward as possible through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to buy a spot plus you can pay using any major credit card. If you want to buy multiple spots, I have made that simple too. Just click 'Add To Cart' instead and once you have selected all the spots you want, go to 'View Cart' and click 'Buy Now'.
