Submitter agrees and warrants that the material presented for display on the Website violates no patents, copyrights or trademarks.  If any logo, phrase or expression attributable to another is used, then permission must have been granted for use of same.

Submitter and WrapMyTourBus.com recognize that the copyright in any images or links created by Submitter is owned by Submitter. We will each retain all proprietary rights in and to our respective web sites and other proprietary materials such as copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents and confidential information. WrapMyTourBus.com will have the right to place Submitter’s image and link on the site in the position agreed upon and to otherwise use such items in connection with the purposes of this Agreement.

WrapMyTourBus.com will not be responsible to the Submitter or liable to the Submitter for any matters, disputes, or disagreements between the Submitter and third-parties as a result of this Agreement.  WrapMyTourBus.com limits our duty and obligation to the Submitter to the extent WrapMyTourBus.com has provided internet based web services to the Submitter to solicit contacts from third-parties regarding Submitter's web site advertisement. To the extent that WrapMyTourBus.com has fulfilled that obligation, WrapMyTourBus.com makes no other representations regarding who contacts the Submitter or the obligations derived from such contacts. The Submitter acknowledges that WrapMyTourBus.com has no control over who or what contacts the Submitter as a result of the Submitter using the internet to market the Submitter's product, service, or merchandise.

While WrapMyTourBus.com is committed to a high quality service and web based technology that is designed to have your web site advertisement reach the maximum audience, WrapMyTourBus.com cannot guarantee that your product, service, or merchandise will sell or be greeted favorably by the internet viewing community or other third-parties.
